I’ve been taking peeks to see what’s in this kit since it’s October release in North America. Now my order is finally on it’s way! The Joy to The World Paper Pumpkin kit is going to be perfect for making a start on my Christmas cards for this year.
Paper Pumpkin kits are usually a special subscription service only currently available in North America, but some special edition kits are also made available to all of us living in the rest of the world. With die-cut sentiments in English, French, and German, everyone can send Christmas cheer to their friends across the globe—in their language. Or why not have some fun sending cards to your friends in different languages and find out if they know what it means without having to Google it?
Each kit is $37 plus shipping. If you’re new to crafting it’s also recommended that you purchase Clear Block D for use with the exclusive stamp set included in your kit. Or come to a class with me and you can borrow mine!
So what’s included in the Joy to the World kit?
Your kit includes:
Joy to the World Photopolymer Stamp Set
Just Jade Classic Stampin’ Spot®
Card bases with gold foil
Brass foil die cuts
Printed die cuts
Stitched die-cut labels
Cherry Cobbler linen thread
If you’re interested in adding extra papers or ink colours to your cards, coordinating colours include: Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Just Jade and Soft Sea Foam.
Want to have some fun getting creative?
Would you like to sit down and have a crafty afternoon making cards while also having a chat with some new (or old) friends? Or have you never made a card before but would love to come along and give it a go? Or would you like some more alternative ideas for cards to make with this gorgeous set?
If any of these reasons (or others) sound like you, get in contact to grab a kit and craft along with me. There are a range of options you can join in with depending on your location and time constraints.
In person classes
If you live in the Warrnambool, Victoria area (or are happy to travel) why not arrange a time to come around and meet up with me and some other interested crafters to make some cards together? This will be in a fun and casual class setting. We’ll be using the suggested card designs and/or alternative designs created by yours truly. And feel free to arrange to bring some friends along too! I’ll provide additional inks, clear stamp blocks and anything else you can think of that might be useful. I can organise an additional cardstock pack for a small extra cost. This is perfect if you would like to supplement your kit in order to make additional cards with all of your goodies.
If you’re a bit too far away, or your circumstances mean it isn’t feasible for you to come to a physical class, then an online class could be up your alley. This could be via Facebook, watching pre-recorded videos or chatting Zoom etc, the choice is yours. Simply order Joy to the World kit direct to your door at any time while stocks last. Once your kit arrives we can organise a time to create together online. You can also arrange for a supplementary cardstock pack as well if you’d like to make additional cards.
DIY at home
If neither of these options suit you can create with your kit at home in your own time. Feel free to reach out for extra design ideas or to request a supplementary cardstock pack. I will send the design ideas with detailed instructions to you as a PDF file.
You can arrange to have your kit sent to you through the Online Store. Just remember to select me, Nerida Campbell, in the Demonstrator Finder. Also don’t forget to enter the November Host Code XSV7NA7Y for all orders under $250. There just may be a little something special for someone at the end of the month! Alternatively, contact me directly and I’ll organise your order. If you’d like to come to a class in person the kit will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive.
I hope you’re inspired to create some gorgeous cards to send to your family and friends. This year has been a very strange one. This makes it even more special to send a heartfelt card to your loved ones telling them you’re thinking of them. Especially if you haven’t had a chance to see much of them in person this year!
Looking forward to crafting with you soon,
